Nothing like some good ol’ homemade pancakes for breakfast. My picky lil man ‘does not mind’ them LOL and hubby loves pancakes, but only wants to have them once in a while. I, on the other hand, can have pancakes as often as possible but it wouldn’t take long until it showed in all the wrong places

 In Zimbabwe, everyone and their mother has some kale and collard greens growing in their gardens. It’s something I grew up eating and, it wasn’t really because of its nutrition, but because it is an easy vegetable to grow.

So I made this pork pie this Christmas and it came out pretty well. I feel like you can’t really go wrong with a pie which requires hot water pastry and a whole lotta meat.
