Spicy BBQ Dry Rub
One of the things I love about BBQ spice rub is you can jazz it up according to whatever spices you have on hand. It’s quick and simple and adds so much flavor to chicken, beef ribs or pork ribs. Check out my Oven baked spicy BBQ pork ribs recipe.
Here’s what I use to make the rub,
You’ll need,
½ cup brown sugar
1 ½ tbsp. sea salt
1 tbsp. paprika
2 tsp. hot chili powder
2 tsp. ground black pepper
¾ tsp. cayenne pepper
2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. cumin
Mix all the spices thoroughly and store in an airtight container. If you don’t like spicy food you can use the plain chilli powder instead of the hot and you can also skip the cayenne. It will keep for a very long time. Enjoy!
